Our big leap came in 2011 when we added another feather to our cap. We’ve started to install SEMS devices in ATM’s across north India. We have pioneered at maintaining ATM’s with ZERO complain. Service to this scale spread across geography of north India was a challenge which was managed by us with amazing team and their productivity.
